Her journey began at Combs Enterprises, where she spent two decades mastering the intricacies of HR, talent acquisition, marketing, and operations. During her tenure, she played a critical role in the launch of numerous lifestyle brands, utilizing her extensive network and deep industry knowledge to build winning teams and innovative strategies.
Under her leadership, Seven Park Global stands as a powerhouse of talent attraction & management, using cutting-edge, data-driven strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent. Marilyn's meticulous methods ensure that client outcomes not only meet but exceed expectations with sustainable and long-term success. A recent highlight in her career includes collaborating closely with the CEO and Founder of Lobos 1707, expanding their team from 2 to 45 staff members.
